An open room with wide wooden floorboards, timber posts and beams, exposed brick, track lighting and big windows on two sides. You come in through a solid sliding barn door, one flight up from Chambers Street.

Book the studio for a workshop, class, rehearsal, meeting, small gathering, or a photo or film shoot. Tell us your date and how long you need it, and we'll send availability and rates.
By the month
Make it your own private studio on a monthly lease, with heat and electricity included. For work and creative use only: the studio is not for residential use.
Among artists
The building houses several multimedia artists, with Holland Tunnel Gallery downstairs: exhibitions, music nights and film screenings every weekend.
